Join our Digital Ad Operations team as a Senior Digital Ad Operations Specialist, where you'll collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to deliver top-notch campaign outcomes for our clients across Foxtel Media’s premium network, including platforms like Foxtel, Kayo, and Fox Sports.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of campaigns from start to finish across dedicated sales patches, ensuring timely launches and full delivery of expected results.
  • Provide insightful operational support and sales guidance during campaign briefing stages and throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Lead the implementation of new campaigns (both direct and programmatic), and monitor and optimize their performance to perfection.
  • Conduct WIPs and keep sales and relevant stakeholders updated on campaign progress with clear, regular updates.
  • Swiftly address and resolve any campaign delivery concerns or platform issues, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide in-depth campaign analysis and updates, delivering valuable insights at the end of each campaign and throughout its duration.
  • Mentor Campaign Managers, ensuring successful campaign management, and lead team projects to drive business initiatives.
  • Conduct regular Ad Ops training sessions for the sales teams and actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry and/or similar media campaign management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing stakeholders and resolving escalations independently.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, AMAP, Cloudsense, and/or similar CRM/booking systems.
  • Proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Magnite CTV, Xandr, AdX, and/or similar digital ad servers.
  • Experience with streaming video platforms, web video, and web display (including rich media).
  • Knowledge of programmatic digital trading.
  • Understanding of current digital creative ad vendors and experience in creative trafficking and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in developing and leading junior team members.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional ability to manage high task volumes and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office.
