Your Impact:

We're seeking a talented leader to step into this exciting 12-month contract role, filling in for a team member on maternity leave. As the Marketing Lead, you’ll lead strategy, planning, and performance management for marketing campaigns that spotlight BINGE Originals and boost BINGE’s brand growth.

What You’ll Do:

BINGE Originals

  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and planning for BINGE Originals, from show commissioning to go-to-market (GTM) launches.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Entertainment Content & Commissioning and production teams to transition content into launch-ready Originals.
  • Oversee GTM planning, driving subscriptions in collaboration with PR, customer, and media teams.
  • Manage timelines to ensure marketing delivery deadlines are met for each launch.
  • Develop creative assets (e.g., key art and hero creatives) with internal and external agency partners.
  • Stakeholder management through key creative development milestones.
  • Budget management and reconciliation.

Brand and Content Planning

  • Lead content planning and prioritisation strategy aligned with brand and sales performance goals.
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to optimise GTM efforts.
  • Support the Marketing Director with brand growth initiatives, including CRM planning and key stakeholder management.
  • Act as brand champion across the business, ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing for commercial and brand partnerships.
  • Track key brand health metrics with the Research team (e.g., funnel metrics, brand attributes).
  • Support ad hoc projects such as TikTok Awards and ACCTA Awards.

Team Management

  • Line manage the shared marketing coordinator across marketing and PR.
  • Manage relationships with internal creative agencies and third-party suppliers.

Performance & PCR

  • Develop and refine the strategic performance management framework for BINGE Originals, including measurement, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Identify content for optimisation in acquisition channels and collaborate with the media team to enhance performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong leader with experience in marketing strategy and performance management, particularly in entertainment or SVOD brands.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and an eye for detail when it comes to campaign execution and brand consistency.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A passion for storytelling and a keen interest in the entertainment industry.
